He is survived by: his wife Judy McClusky; his children, Terry McClusky Jr. (Tandi Fallis), Shawna McClusky and Jeffrey McClusky (Shannon McCabe); his grandchildren, Terry McClusky III, Cyle McClusky, Talon McClusky, Tyler Wills Tanner (Savannah), Jaylen Gosciniak, Jordan Gosciniak, Ava McClusky and Mya McClusky; his great grandchild Mayleigh Wills; his siblings, Carol Harden (Rocky), Johnny McClusky (Angela) and Ronald McClusky (Dawn); and his sister-in-law Vicky McClusky. He is also survived by nieces & nephews, cousins and extended family.
