She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherwin Stover and Charlene Stover (Pratt). She is survived by: her husband Bill Lange; her stepchildren, Nathan Lange (Kari), Crystal Cordes (Brandon) and Rebekah Gibbs (Rocrickius); her stepgrandchildren, Kayla (Jamier), Rico, Isaiah, Gabrielle, Hunter, Emily (Chase), Kyler Mason (Elizabeth) and Madison; her stepgreat-granddaughter Jasmine; her brother Ray Stover (Rose); her nieces, Jessica Limban (Trent), Samantha Gottschalk (Dieter), Taylor Bruske and Jalynn Bruske; her great-nieces, Stevie and Esme; her great-nephew Kasper; and also Bob Taylor.

Memorial donations may be made to The Refuge Lapeer, LACADA, or Paradise Animal Rescue.

“Dear Bill, Ray and family, I was so sad to hear of Ruth's passing. Yet I'm at peace to know she is in the arms of Jesus. She was a wonderful cousin who loved life and people. My Mom sisters and I enjoyed the times she spent with us. I'm so thankful we got to go to the last family get together last summer. She will be missed by all who knew her. My prayers are with you all. I'm sorry I can't come to the celebration of her life but my love and thoughts are with you all. Love you all, cousin Lorie”
