She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Blaszczyk and Virginia Blaszczyk (Borchman); her sisters, Loretta "Lori" Adams and Marcella "Marcie" Uhl; and her stepfather John Ryczko.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Ainsworth; and her children, Dawn Campbell (Graydon) of Imlay City, Edmund Ainsworth of Lapeer and Deanna Miller (Fred) of Attica. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
