He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Schroeder and Lorna Schroeder (Donner); his granddaughter Serenity; and his sister Joyce. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Schroeder; his daughters, Alexandra "Ally" Schroeder (Michael Nichols) and Abbigale Zylstra (Caleb); and his siblings, Marilyn Garwolds (Bob), Ken Schroeder (Donda) and Martin Schroeder (Beth). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, other loving family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church - Lapeer (90 Millville Rd, Lapeer, MI 48446). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (90 Millville Rd, Lapeer, MI 48446).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for future designation.
