He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Johnson and Kay Johnson (Baleka); and his brothers, Carl Johnson, Mike Johnson Jim Johnson and Willy Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Maggie" Johnson; his sons, Ronald Johnson (Marie) of Chesterfield and Scott Johnson (Kami) of Metamora; his grandchildren, Cooper, Bryce and Creek; and his brother Robert Johnson (Linda) of Imlay City. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
