He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Knowlton and Elizabeth Knowlton (Green); and his brother Jim Knowlton. He is survived by: his wife Candy F. Houston; his children, Richard Knowlton, Ronald Knowlton, Hollie Kocsis (Mark), Russell Houston and Dani Houston; and his sisters, Joann Phelps (Paul) and Margaret Jenks (Ron). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
