We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2022, at the age of 79, Robert George Porter of Lapeer, Michigan, born in Capac, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Elizabeth Porter; his children, Stephanie Stokes (William), Shannon Hughes (Dave) and Scott Porter (Caroline); his grandchildren, Brett Stokes (Kim), Erin Stokes (Ray), Adam Stokes (Courtney), Collin Stokes, Porter Hughes, Avery Hughes, Scotty Porter and Isabella Porter; his great grandchildren, Treasure Cowger, Levi Botkins, Ella Dolman and Colton Stokes; and his siblings, Ray Porter (Alma) and Marian Porter. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St John's Lutheran Church.
