In loving memory of Robert Edgar Sutton of Lapeer, Michigan, who departed this world on March 8, 2025 at the age of 87. Robert Edgar leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Sutton and Velma Sutton (Jarvis); his son Tad Sutton; and his brothers, John Sutton and Max Sutton.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Sutton; his children, Robert L. Sutton (Shelli) of Metamora, Barry Sutton (Jeannie) of Fort Myers, FL and Ellen Tindall (Todd) of Metamora; and his sister-in-law Gloria Sutton. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Muir Brothers Funeral Home (1021 S Lapeer Rd, Lapeer, MI 48446). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
