He is survived by: his wife Peggy (Peggy) of Oxford; his children, Paul Bloomstrand (Ann), Steve Bloomstrand, Heather Collett (Vern) and Kristin Bloomstrand; and his grandchildren, Garrett and Hailey Collett.
