He was predeceased by: his father Henry E. "Gene" Masters; his grandparents, William, Anna Masters, Richard "Dick" and Marguerite Moore; his aunt Sandra K. White; and his cousin Daniel L. Phelps.
He is survived by: his mother Sharon E. Masters; his brother Christopher J. Masters; his former wife Sandy Putnam; his friends, Kathy Dodge and Ed Smithhart; and also Zac Stacy.
