Richard Smith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Smith of Lapeer, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Bernice Smith (Hyman); his former wife Marge Smith (Hardy); his wife Sue Smith (Barnard-Lamphier); and his sisters, Janis Engels and Helen Schremser.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane S. McKeyhan of Ann Arbor and Vicki L. Smith of Rochester Hills; his grandchildren, Richard Elder, Michelle Elder, Amanda Elder, Brent Engelhardt and Bryan Engelhardt; and his great grandchildren, Trinity, Kenzie, Hadrian, Avalise and Vienna Elder.
