He is survived by: his grandson Chayse David Trepczynski Booth; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica, Maria, Reed and Rachel; his grandchildren, Liliana, Jianna and Leonardo; his siblings, Vincent, Jimmy, Helen and Suzanne; and his siblings-in-law, Jerome and Carol. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
