He is survived by: his siblings, Inez Shaffer (Charles) of Chicago, Julie Ramos Suggs (Joe) of Puerto Rico, Debra Suggs (Lee) of Milwaukee, Bill Suggs, Larry Suggs and Charles Suggs of Chicago; and his friend Thelma Weems. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
