He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Heckman and Mary Ellen Heckman (Davis); and his wife Marilyn Heckman. He is survived by: his children, Perry Heckman, II (Angie) of Lapeer, Shelly Bowman (David) of Clifford and Tammy Markle (Tom) of Jackson; his grandchildren, Shantel Palmer (Logan), Corey Markle, Matthew Heckman, Jason Heckman and Cassie Heckman; and his siblings, Jerry Heckman (Jinny) of Columbiaville and Helen Dice (Bob) of Lapeer.
