He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Thomas and Anna Margaret Maresh (Halseth); his brother Ralph Maresh; and his sisters-in-law, Illa Rutherford, Cecelia Jarvis, Geraldine Harmon and Rayma Bitters.
He is survived by: his wife Lydia Maresh; his children, Darlene Brinker (Wayne) of Six Lakes, MI, Michael Maresh (Sherrie) of Columbiaville, Mark Maresh (Lisa) of Orlando, FL, Thomas Maresh (Lisa) of Lake Orion, Diane Daniels of Burton, Tina Randall (Jeff) of Caro, Tony Maresh (Loralynn) of Lapeer and Nick Maresh (Teresa) of West Branch; his sister Yvonne Graves of Harrison; and his siblings-in-law, Alberta Bricker, Irene Shaver (Jerald), Walter Werden (Kathy) and Dan Jarvis. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Muir Brothers Funeral Home (1021 S Lapeer Rd, Lapeer, MI 48446). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
