She was predeceased by: her father Gerald Deering; and her parents-in-law, Herman and Dorothy Nast. She is survived by: her mother Peggy Deering (Cook) of Bay Port; her husband Patrick H. Nast of Lapeer; her daughter Cheryl Nast of Lapeer; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Nast and Justin Huett; and her siblings, Debbie Strieter of Sebewaing and Aaron Deering of Chattanooga, TN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
