She was predeceased by: her parents, Santos Olivarez and Lucia Olivarez; her children, Rosendo Medrano and Mary Lou "Lou" Medrano; and her siblings, Tony (Easter Olivarez), Robert (Mary Olivarez), John Olivarez (Henry Olivarez), Sandra (Archie Leach), Delia (Elton Shooke), Tiella (Ray Gutierez) and Ramona (Felix Shanchez).
She is survived by: her children, Faustino Medrano Jr., Rosemary Medrano, Amado Medrano (Maryann) and Robert Medrano (Karen); and her sister Gloria Aguinaga. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
