She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothea Ernestine Ulman (Wojahn); her husband Herb Matheson; her father Arthur Ulman; her son Dennis Matheson; and her brothers, Raymond and Norman Ulman.
She is survived by: her former husband D. Herbert Matheson; her daughters, Louise, Lapeer Parks, Carla Ziesmer of Lapeer, Cindy Niles (Mark Miller) of Byron and Christine Woods (James) of Lapeer; her grandchildren, Christopher, Lewis Ziesmer (Shannon), Derek Schlaud, Nikole Woods (John Bate), Kody Woods and Jordan Woods (Ryan Springsteen); her great grandchildren, Kenadie, Presley, Emma and Everleigh; and her sister Mary Ulman of Flint.
