She is survived by: her parents, John Eldh and Marion Eldh (Gerhardt); her husband Christopher Jaquez; her stepdaughter Jessica Hartman of Boston; her sisters, Christine Hopkinson (Timothy) of Rochester Hills, Catherine Teasel of Rochester Hills and Diane King (Don) of Ellsworth, MI; her nieces, Lisa Holt of St. Petersburg, FL, Victoria DeGryse of Utica and Samantha Rudolph (Ken) of Shelby Twp; and her nephew Timothy Hopkinson, Jr. (Kimberlee) of Waterford.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sanctuary of Birmingham or American Heart Association.
