He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Spivey and Dorothy Spivey (Cassel). He is survived by: his wife Lori Spivey of Lapeer; his children, Shannon Dabbs (Adam), Waterford, Scott Spivey (Machelle) of Oxford and Keith Spivey (Anita); and his stepsons, Justin Laessle (Amanda) of Hadley and Bryan Laessle (Emily) of Anchorage Alaska. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
