She was predeceased by: her mother Debra Tackett (Wood); her brother Jamie Lee Tackett; and her grandfather Delmer Tackett. She is survived by: her father Richard Tackett of Fostoria; and her grandmother Betty Tackett. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
