She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph LaPointe and Maria LaPointe (Dumont). She is survived by: her son Russell Shultz (Laurie) of Lapeer; her granddaughter Jessica Schultz (Craig Elliott); and her sisters, Mary Theresa Wellman, Lorraine Baize, Rita Gray and Darlene. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
