It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Quinlan of Lapeer, Michigan, born in Newberry, Michigan, who passed away on April 4, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Quinlan and Genevieve Quinlan (Sturgeon); his son Michael James Quinlan; his grandson Dave Houghtaling; and his son-in-law Jim Hart.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Quinlan; his daughter Debbie Hart of Lapeer; his grandchildren, DeAnn Hawkins (Carl), Jerry Houghtaling (Serena), Melissa Wilcox (John), Paul Sanchez (Courtnie), Crystal Keeley (Rob), Erica Castle, Mike Shoults, Tiffany McGuire (Mick), Josh Quinlan, Gigi and Aly; his sisters, Lila Engman (Jerry) of Comstock and Honey Blanchard (Tom) of Florida; and his daughter-in-law Angie Quinlan of Lapeer. He is also survived by twenty great grandchildren.
