He was predeceased by: his father James Polly. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Polly; his children, Emily Cichoracki-Polly of Lapeer, Gabrielle Polly of Lapeer and Corbin Polly of Lapeer; his grandson Hudsyn; his mother Denise Scramlin (William) of Lapeer; his sisters, Angela Polly of Allenton and Keely Cramer (Kaleb) of Davison; and his parents-in-law, Deborah Scramlin of Lapeer and Richard Schlaud of Lapeer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many, many beloved friends.
