He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bolitho and Lillian Bolitho (Temple); his children, Dawn Bolitho, Jimmy Bolitho, Jr., Sally McClellan and Jim Risch; his grandson Colin; and his great grandchild Landon.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Bolitho; his children, Erica Witte (Jurgen) of Lake Orion and Garry McClellan of Winter Park, FL; his friend John McKay; and his brothers, Patrick Bolitho and Russell Bolitho (Laurie). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
