He was predeceased by: his parents, George Turner and Minnie Mae Turner (Wilson); his brother-in-law Wayne Toles; his siblings, Henry Turner, Case Turner, LeRoy Turner, Doris, Merle Turner, Bernard Hutchinson, Ruth Baker, Fran Hutchinson, Wilma Hutchinson and Donna Kinecom; and his friend Ron Montgomery.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Turner; his children, Annette Miller (Ray) of Lapeer, Brian Turner (Annette) of Columbiaville and Carmen Turner (Rex Burdine) of Port Charlotte, FL; his grandchildren, Tim LaGasse, Elaine Thouin, Scott Turner, Doug Turner and Jeff Miller; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Tristan, Grace, Mason, Henry and Vincent; and his great great grandchild Myles.
