He was predeceased by: his wife Lisa Simmons. He is survived by: his children, Shayla Simmons-Deibert, Raiden Simmons and Amanda Hale; his grandchildren, Alec, Kye, Jazzy and Sami; and his sister-in-law Donna Crawford.
