He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Sawgle and Emma Sawgle (Eineder); his wife Ethel Sawgle; his son-in-law Mike Quinlan; and his sisters, Arlene, MaryAnn, Eldora and Jean.
He is survived by: his children, Fred Sawgle of Caro, Donald Sawgle (Pam) of Lapeer, Mike Sawgle (Dawn) of Attica, Jeff Sawgle of Lapeer, Angie Quinlan of Lapeer and Tammy Sawgle of Lapeer; and his siblings, Robert Sawgle (Annette), Terry Sawgle (Barb), Barb Bowman (Tony) and Janette Jackson (Richard). He is also survived by many grandchildren; many, many great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
