He is survived by: his wife Candy Leitheim; his children, Eric Leitheim (Shannon), Jason Leitheim, Jessica Leitheim (Justin) and Amanda Rushton; and his grandchildren, Jadelyn, Olivia Rushton, Cora, Eva Schmitz and Luke Leitheim. He is also survived by other loving family members and good friends.
