He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Card and Lelah Card (Uptegraff); and his daughter Cathy Miller. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his children, Tom Card (Karen Escue) and Wanda Wright (Erik); and his grandchildren, Ariel, David and John. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren; many other loving family members and friends.
