He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Carr and Clara Carr (Shope); and his great grandchild Austin Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Mary Carr; his children, Duane Carr, Jr. (Paula Dides) of Clearfield, Penn and William Carr (Brenda) of Attica; and his granddaughters, Elizabeth Dubois, Christine Thane and Michelle Carr. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Memorial contributions are encouraged to the Wounded Warrior Project, or any organization that benefits veterans.
