He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lipka, and Betty Lipka, Sr. (Tibbetts); and his siblings, Marcella "Marty" Swain, Dick Lipka, Bev Vandagriff and Tim Lipka, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Jerri Lipka; his children, Darlene Armstead (Roy) of Davison and Rocky Lipka (Erin) of Lapeer; his grandchildren, Calvin, Charlie "Chuck", Emmalee, Brady and Libby "Betty"; his siblings, Joe Lipka, Jr. (Ruth), Frank Lipka (Ruthann), Johnny Lipka, Alan Lipka (Connie), Paulie Lehman (Billy), Steve Lipka (Laureen), Mike Lipka (Sharon), Butch Lipka and Phyllis Parker (Barry); and his sister-in-law Vicki Lipka. He is also survived by many many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
