He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Charles Swoffer. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Swoffer (Houston); his wife Patricia Swoffer; his children, Dean Swoffer II (Michelle) and Tanja Schaffer; and his siblings, Dale Swoffer (Dawn) of Conklin, MI and Joann Loehr (Jamie) of Deer Lodge, MI.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
