He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwyn Lewis and Dorothy Juanita Baerwolf (Ball); his siblings, Luann Baerwolf and Richard Baerwolf; and his niece Angela Beals.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Wonders; his sons, Nicholas Baerwolf (Sheena) of Joplin, MO and Joshua Baerwolf of Dallas, TX; and his grandchildren, Ayden Baerwolf, Riley Baerwolf and Aeramae Baerwolf. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
