He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Waugh; and his sister Julie Waugh. He is survived by: his mother Lillian Waugh; and his siblings, Paul Waugh (Margaret), David Waugh, Linda Heart (Ron), Verna Pasck (Moe), Shirley Sherman and Paula Eschtruth (John).
