He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ted, Loretta Mocniak, Leo and Jean Malkowski. He is survived by: his parents, Mike Mocniak and Sherry Mocniak (Malkowski); his children, Colton and Ashlyn Lloyd; his brother Jeffrey; his foster sister Jenny; his friend Kirbie; and his daughter Sherry Mocniak. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
