She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Jim" Hamilton; and her sister Virginia. She is survived by: her daughter Heidi Lyons (David) of Lapeer; her grandchildren, Sophia, Calli, Carlie, Rayleigh, Julia, Carter, Joey, Peyton, Jayden and Tayven; and her brother David Gean (Tina) of Flint. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
