She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Simmons and Pauline Simmons (Heaven); her husband Thomas N. Jack; her daughter Diana Helmboldt; her grandson Erich; and her siblings, Ron Simmons and Diane.

She is survived by: her children, Anita LaSalle, Daniel Jack, Paula Becker (Jim), Christie Al-Ghanem (Nedal) and Matthew Jack; and her friend Peggy. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
