He is survived by: his close friend Glen Bloomberg; his siblings, Michael Velliquette (Laura), Robert Velliquette, Kathy Walker (Perry), Linda Luscumb, Mary Harroun (Dave), Margaret Wright (Kevin), Doug Velliquette (Tammy) and Donna Niester (Russell); and his pet Halo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
