He is survived by: his wife Pam Maxfield; his pet Gracie; his stepdaughters, Ashley Boynton (Josh) of Florida and Mindy Hudson (Nick) of Georgia; his siblings, Randy Maxfield (Maurene), Eric Maxfield, Cheryl Willis (Robert) and Michelle Bedwell; and his half-sisters, Annette Maxfield and Lisa Maxfield Esselman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
