She was predeceased by: her parents, Jason Ballard and Letha Ballard (Thomas); her husband Louis Conrad; and her son Curtis Conrad. She is survived by: her son Lou Conrad (Sherry) of Attica; her daughter-in-law Jill Conrad of Lapeer; and her siblings, Maxine Smart of Winder, GA and Jason "Jay" Ballard (Joanne) of Lapeer.
