He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Sr. Derey; and his siblings, Beverly, Edward and June. He is survived by: his wife Maura Rivais; his children, Timothy Derey (Denise), Denise Detomasso (Doug), Beth Merritt and Christopher Derey (Krista); and his sister Margaret Derey. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
