He was predeceased by: his father Willie L Francis, Sr.. He is survived by: his significant other Michele Elaine Hatcher; his children, Stephanie Francis of Lansing and Steven Francis of Buchanan, Michigan; his sisters, Betty Francis of St. Joseph and Marcia McGuirt of Buchanan, Michigan; his grandchildren, Joshua Francis of Mesa, Javarri Beachum (Melissa) of Diamondhead, Brianna Francis of Panama City and Brayden Dewaters of Niles, Michigan; and his pet Jack.
The family has asked that everyone in attendance to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines.
