He was predeceased by: his wife Irmi Trolinger. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Kalmbach (Steve), Kathy Starkweather (Dave) and Kim Ford; his grandchildren, Steven Kalmbach (Nicole), Kim Kenimer (John), Jennifer Ford, William Starkweather (Julie) and Benjamin Ford (Courtney); and his great grandchildren, Ryan Starkweather, Mason Kenimer, Olive Kenimer, Hazel Kenimer, James Kenimer, Asher Ford and Elsie Ford.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made in Bill's memory to Emanuel First Evangelical Lutheran Church and School.
