He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorraine Cook and Marguerite Cook; and his brothers, Robert and Donald. He is survived by: his children, Warren Cook, Jr. (Mada Leach), Martha Main (Timothy), Barbara Scholz (William) and Ellen Powers. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saline Public Library in memory of Warren Cook, Sr.
