He is survived by: his brother Ronald Kauffman (Jean) of Charlotte, N. C.; and his friends, Diane Dockus, Guy, Anne Gallap, Jack, Elinor Miller and Phil Chamberlain. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
