Todd Payne Obituary

60, of Lansing, passed away on January 10, 2022. Todd was born in Lansing, Michigan, on May 7, 1961, to Richard Payne and Carol Haga. He started playing hockey at a young age, eventually playing on his school team. He was a hockey player for most of his life, playing on many local teams. Todd also loved surfing, music, boating., and riding his motorcycle. He was a local bartender for many years. When he wasn't working, he enjoyed to play golf.

Todd is survived by his father, Richard Payne; mother, Carole Haga; step-dad, Gale Haga; brothers, Mark (Nola) Payne, Dirk (LaAnn) Payne; sister Cheri (Tom) Mastroianni; 8 nieces and nephews; and 3 great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

The family asks that contributions be made to the West Michigan American Heart Association.
