He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Horvath and Ardena Horvath; and his brother David Horvath. He is survived by: his sister Pat Buker (John); his wife Mary (Trexler); his children, Courtney, Madeline Horvath and Matthew; and his grandson Tydus Canavan.
