She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; her parents, Elmer Clark and Tibithy Clark; and her siblings, Carol Clark, Edward Clark, Phyllis Clark and Linda Clark.

She is survived by: her children, Christel Smith (Garey) and Johnnie Ebright (Krystal); and her grandchildren, Cody, Nataya, Johnathon, Britney, Anissa, Emilio and Derrek. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
