He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Novakoski (Dzubinski) and Thomas Novakoski Sr.; and his brother Don Novakoski. He is survived by: his wife Judy Novakoski; and his children, Victor Novakoski (Brenda) and Susan Novakoski-Proctor (Mark). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
